Wednesday Weigh In

A day late... oops.  I've been, um, sidetracked this week. 

I lost 1.5 pounds this week, for a total of 3.5.  Seems silly to celebrate - but perhaps I ought to celebrate the healthier habits and the more conscious eating that I've been working towards.

From here forward however, I won't be counting points.  I'm going to work on clean eating, much like WW Core foods.  However, with WW Core there is a strong push towards fat free dairy, and sugar substitutes - which I won't be consuming.

I'll be focusing on whole, clean, unprocessed foods as much as possible.  With a little Frosted Mini-Wheats thrown in for sanity.
