Things to Support Myself

Just a list...

  • Yoga AM
  • "Uniform"... so I don't feel frumpy
  • Healthy Foods... Fruits & Veggies all day
  • 8 hours of sleep
  • 15 minute kid break after DC kids leave
  • Schedule with kids... more activities, less mess & chaos
  • Journal daily, either online or on paper... maybe Accountability Formula as a prompt?
