My goal for the day is to eat only Core Foods. 100% Core Foods. All day, no points added. That's the goal.
Why is that the goal?
I'm going to the grocery store today, I'll buy two carton's of chocolate and that's all I'll have for the whole week. So my eating plan?
Eat 100% Core all day, every day, except for my chocolate at night. That's my plan.
Off to start my oatmeal.
