Wednesday = Weigh In Day

Yep, I've started again.  With the weight loss thing.  I know, its the one millionth time. Believe me, I get it.

No, I'm not posting my weight.  Just what I've lost each week.  But, uh starting next week - obviously because... as of today, I've been following the WW points plan for 3 days... Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

I just keep telling myself that the worst part is over.  The first 3 days are always the damn hardest.
